Project Management Capability Enhancement Program

At SY Partners, a one-month Project Manager training program was conducted with the goal of standardizing project management thinking and enhancing capabilities in planning, coordination, and quality control within real-world projects.

This program was directly led by Mr. Trieu Anh Dung, an expert with over 27 years of professional experience and more than 7,000 hours of training across fields such as cybersecurity, cryptography, blockchain, software engineering, and process management. The program provided a structured and practical perspective aligned with real business environments.

This initiative goes beyond simple knowledge acquisition, aiming to strengthen the overall capabilities of project managers, promote cross-department collaboration, and establish the central role of project managers within SY Partners’ sustainable growth strategy.
