Your information is therefore processed in Vietnam and Singapore, which may be outside the country in which you are located.

Only our authorized staff can access these submissions. Your name and email address may be shared with SY Partners Japan Co., Ltd. under the joint use described in section 5, which involves transferring them to Japan.

We keep inquiry information only for as long as it is needed to respond to your inquiry and to continue our communication with you, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted (deletion covers our systems, including the copies of your inquiry in our staff's mailboxes), or withdraw your consent, by contacting us at the address under 【Contact Information】 below. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

13. Information Submitted When You Request a Document

When you request a company document using the form on our website, we collect your company name and your work email address. We also record the date and time you gave your consent and the version of the consent statement you accepted, which document we sent you, when your download link expires, and whether that link was used to download the document.

We use this information only to send you the document you requested and to contact you by email about it.

The document itself is not published on our website. It is available only through a personal download link that we send to the address you provide, and that link stops working after a limited period.
