The next term of our internal Japanese course “Zero to Hero” has officially begun

As part of our commitment to enhancing employee capabilities, SY Partners has officially launched the internal Japanese course “Zero to Hero” for members who want to build a solid Japanese foundation from scratch. As always, the company continues to collaborate with an external training partner to provide a specialized learning program for our internal team.

Through this course, SY Partners aims to:

• Create opportunities for employees to improve their Japanese skills through a structured learning path
• Help team members become more confident when working on projects with Japanese clients
• Equip learners with practical language knowledge, communication skills, and basic IT vocabulary for real work situations
• Foster a serious, proactive, and continuous learning culture within the company

The course focuses on all four Japanese language skills, from beginner level to N4, combined with basic IT vocabulary so that learners can apply what they study more effectively in the workplace.

Supporting this course is a team of instructors with experience in teaching Japanese to engineers and working professionals. They bring strong expertise, practical teaching methods, and a focus on applied conversation, logical thinking, and workplace manners in Japanese business environments.
